Families Australia is a leading national peak body for the child and family sector, influencing federal government policy, with a vision that Australian families, in all their diversity, enjoy the greatest possible wellbeing.
We are in the midst of refreshing our brand, launching a new website, initiating a stakeholder engagement campaign, and significantly advancing our digital and media presence. So we now need a great new part time person to join our small high-functioning team who will be fundamental to the success of Families Australia’s overarching brand and sector awareness in 2025.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this entry-level hands-on contract role to the end of the year, is ideally based in Canberra (but we have team members in Brisbane) two-three days per week.
You are a key member of the team who will manage Families Australia’s digital and outward visual presence including day-to-day social media management, content development and curation, basic website development and email campaigns. You will also help develop internal and external communications, collateral and assets, including copywriting, designing reports and submissions, brochures and flyers, digital design assets and presentations. Just to name a few!
