About the role

We have an exciting and brand-new Graphic Designer role within the Customer Experience division. Using your expertise, you will help us to deliver high quality creative design services internally and externally that improve customer experience outcomes and drive improved brand awareness.

  • Temporary engagement up to 12 months with a possibility of extension. 35 hours per week.
  • Location: Sydney CBD. Flexible and remote working options available.
  • Clerk Grade: 5/6. Base salary $87,493 pa to $96,540 pa plus super and annual leave loading.

About the team

The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support across NSW Trustee & Guardian divisions including customer advocacy support, service design, business development, marketing, brand, communications and media services. 

About the role

The graphic designer works closely with the team and collaborates across the organisation to produce innovative and captivating campaigns and collateral across multiple platforms that inspire, inform and support improved customer experience outcomes. The role plays a major part in increasing brand awareness of our products and services to increase our customer base.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A creative thinker with graphic design experience across print and digital channels.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivated and self-driven, working autonomously and with initiative to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively, managing competing priorities whilst remaining focussed on achieving our goals.

Essential requirements

  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in graphic design tools specifically Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
  • Up to date COVID-19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof.
