Corporate Partnerships Coordinator

Rev Bill Crews Foundation

WHO ARE WE?

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation is one of Sydney’s most respected frontline charities, serving the community for nearly 40 years. Our mission is to tackle homelessness and poverty by providing essential services like food, social welfare, and education support to those in need.

ABOUT THE ROLE?

We’re on the lookout for a driven and passionate Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Fundraising team.

In this exciting, relationship-focused role, you’ll build and nurture meaningful partnerships with businesses that want to give back. From securing sponsorships and financial support to sourcing in-kind donations (including food!), your work will directly power our programs and help us do more for those who need it most. You’ll also play a key role in growing our bequest program, supporting donors who want to leave a lasting legacy.

No two days are the same — one moment you might be pitching a new partnership opportunity, the next, delivering an impact update or working closely with our Programs team to identify real-time needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify, develop and maintain corporate partnerships that generate donations and align with our mission
  • Manage proposals, pitches and impact reports to drive partnership value
  • Secure and coordinate in-kind support, including food and goods for our frontline programs
  • Collaborate across departments to align partnership opportunities with community needs
  • Coordinate the bequest program, fostering respectful, compassionate communication with donors
  • Track and report on partnership activity and donor engagement
  • Represent the Foundation at external meetings, presentations and events

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Previous experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing partnerships from prospecting through to reporting
  • Understanding of the not-for-profit sector and social impact work
  • Empathy, professionalism and a relationship-first mindset
  • You’re confident working independently, but also love being part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and donor databases

WHY JOIN US?

At The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation, we care about our team as much as the community we serve. We offer:

  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging benefits (up to $15,900 tax-free!).
  • Health and Wellbeing Program (WHEREFIT).
  • Convenient location near public transport.
