Communications and Engagement Lead

EV Community Transport is seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Lead .

You will be joining a dedicated and committed team who deliver community transport services throughout the eastern region of Melbourne.  The right person will have experience in Communications and Engagement and preferably an understanding of the aged and disability sector.

They will be able to navigate through the aged care reform and position the transport services for the 2027 introduction of the new hoe support system. 

You will be a dynamic communicator who is able to engage with the community and an integrated workforce of paid and volunteer staff.

You will work on projects which grow the business and assist to test new ideas. 

Most of all you will be strategic in your approach in building the awareness of EV Strengthening Communities and EV Community Transport.

You will be used to managing and evaluating the success of digital campaigns across a range of social media platforms to grow the brand awareness and create promotional materials to support Community Transport and volunteering campaigns and projects.
