This senior roles oversees and manages a team who are responsible for the recruitment of staff across the company whilst leading from the front (this is a very hands on role). This includes the end to end recruitment process for hiring call centre staff in Australia & New Zealand along with head office corporate roles.
Your role involves:
- Mentoring and Coaching of fellow team members
- Managing and successful execution of workload requirements
- Overseeing advertising strategy
- Screening and interviewing applicants (group interviews)
- Recruitment of call centre staff and a variety of corporate roles as needed
- New staff induction & computer systems training
- HR administration
