This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner to join a medium-sized business who look after SMSFs, Philanthropic Foundations, and Family Trusts. They also specialise in direct shares and SMA solutions for their clients. It is a great working environment with a small team of well-regarded financial professionals. This position is due to the growth of their client base. They are seeking someone to work with the Lead Paraplanner, two Advisers and Paraplanner. If you are a CSO / Adviser Support with experience producing SOA’s you will also be considered.

Qualifications & experience

• Experienced in paraplanning and CSO / Adviser Support
• You will have strong communication skills and attention to detail
• You will be a team player whilst still having initiative to work independently

Tasks & responsibilities

• Research and prepare quality SOA’s and ROA’s
• Use XPlan and the AFSL’s own bespoke templates
• Prepare application forms online
• Update investment commentary
• Keep all client information updated
• Help the Compliance Manager with compliance duties
• Run Separately Managed Account reports
• Receive training on how to look after ethical investors
