eSafety works with online safety regulators and organisations globally to help meet our mission - to protect Australians from online harms and promote safer, more positive online experiences. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on:
You will be responsible for leading eSafety's engagement in Asia-Pacific, including developing resources and delivering training and workshops, as well as building and maintaining relationships with regional stakeholders and partners.
We are seeking an experienced team member to contribute to eSafety’s strategic international engagement priorities, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region, and addressing the issues of technology-facilitated gender-based violence and child online safety.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of these thematic online safety issues and experience in Asia-Pacific diplomacy.
You will have a demonstrated ability to develop strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will have excellent verbal communication skills, including the confidence to explain complex matters to a range of stakeholders, as well as the skills and confidence to deliver training.
