We are a fast-growing business with offices in Ballarat and Geelong. We believe circumstances don’t determine where you can go, they only determine where you start.

• We are seeking multiple Disability Support Workers to join our Ballarat team to provide high-quality care in new supported living homes.
• Our clients require 24/7 care, so we’re looking for people who can commit to 25 to 38 hours per week.
• We support you to provide person-centred care, so you can best respond to the clients needs.

Joining our team

At eQuality Support, you’ll love that we’re mostly paperless, using tablet devices such as iPads to record and access client plans and reporting.

Live-data insights help us look for ways to improve. As well as actively seeking and listening to your ideas about how we can improve our ways of working.

Our staff onboarding is online, giving you the flexibility to complete the required training and induction at your own pace.
