About the Role:

As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader – Campaigns, this is a critical role within the marketing team primarily responsible responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities. You will work to deadlines and key performance indicators, and continuously see to further customer acquisition through exception marketing activity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns to support acquisition across B2C and B2B cohorts
  • Develop clear and effective campaign briefs to external agency, including objectives and success measures
  • Develop and coordinate creative assets including copywriting, photo and video across all channels including digital, email marketing and social
  • Develop and maintain campaign schedules to ensure all activity is strategic, integrated, targeted and measurable against clear campaign objectives
  • Monitor the creative executions in market week on week and test and optimise as needed
  • Report on activity and provide recommendations to improve campaign outcomes, channel mix, budget allocation and creative assets
  • Regularly report on campaign performance across all channels and internal conversion rates in conjunction with Call Centre and Sales teams
  • Contribute content (curation and campaign related) for marketing channels including organic social media
  • Support local area marketing activities including the delivery of events, sponsorships and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Undertake travel requirements where necessary to deliver role requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing digital creative strategy development and implementation of content plans and creative production development
  • Experience working with external agencies, from briefing through to post campaign reporting and analysis
  • Experience in a customer centric, commercial or competitive market environment and a track record of achieving KPIs and targets
  • Experience producing assets for campaigns including copywriting, photography and videography
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful campaign activities
  • Experience delivering monthly reporting against agreed KPIs
  • Understanding of integrated (digital and traditional) marketing initiatives
  • Working knowledge of PPC, paid social media, and other digital marketing channels
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (preferred)
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Advertising (preferred)
