The Role:
- Permanent position with responsibility for the three sites of Kew, Oakleigh and Keon Park (based at either Kew or Oakleigh)
- The Commercial Quality Lead will lead the development and implementation of commercially focused Quality across the Work and Community portfolio for Service Delivery throughout Victoria.
- In this role you will be an active member of the quality team, responsible for leading initiatives and enacting operational strategy, while managing risk to enhance the customer and employee experience for the site that they service.
- Support Sales, Site and Operations Managers with broader operational commercial customer onboarding and commercial development.
- Lead and mentor a team with a positive culture of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
You will:
- Have experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes, ideally within production and/or manufacturing based industries whilst supporting site operational teams.
- Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged and high performing teams to support organisational objectives.
- Experience in leading multi-site quality roles with a focus on quality management frameworks and customer service excellence.
- Disability Sector knowledge is desirable.
- Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in relevant discipline including; Quality Assurance, is highly desirable.
- 5+ years Industry experience and working knowledge of methodologies associated with quality assurance.
- Experience in working with Sedex and leading a SMETA audits highly desirable.
