This leading NFP organisation provides support to families experiencing Family Domestic Violence through refuge and culturally appropriate support programs tailored to the needs of the individuals and families. With a clear strategic plan, they continue to expand their services to meet the growing needs of the community including all forms of gender-based violence.
Due to the implementation of their new best practice framework that will improve their clients lives, they are seeking an experienced person in the role of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. This newly created role is pivotal in being able to measure outcomes and ongoing areas of improvement across the agency to ensure the objectives of the framework initiatives are being successfully implemented.
This is a hands on role working closely with staff across the agency including Executives, Operations and Frontline staff and being able to build strong relationships to ensure a collaborative approach that will benefit the client’s outcomes and staff’s ability to deliver trauma informed best practices.
Previous experience in Social Impact and Evaluation would be advantageous in this role coupled with your ability to capture data and present it in a meaningful way that can be used to support change, learning and partnerships across the agency and sector.
