Elephant Ed are looking for charismatic, energetic, and passionate Workshop Facilitators to join our growing team. If you answered yes to any of the above questions, Elephant Ed is the right place for you. At the heart of this role, is the ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments, create safe spaces, connect authentically with young people, and have fun while doing it!

This position demands a candidate who is excited about the opportunity to create generational change, and empower with young people across the state to make informed, positive and safe decisions.

A bit about us...

Since 2015, Elephant Ed has been transforming the way sex education is taught across Australia. We work with students, universities, teachers, parents and community groups to facilitate interactive, informative and inclusive sex education workshops.

Our evidence-based workshops have been tried and tested across all relevant age groups. Our comprehensive curriculum embraces all young people, regardless of their gender, sexuality or background. This is your chance to empower tens of thousands of young people to make informed, positive and safe decisions about sexuality, relationships and growing up.

Core responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive workshops through open discussion, engaging activities and stimulated learning
  • Travel throughout NSW to deliver workshops in schools, universities and community groups
  • Partake in ongoing training and professional development

Key selection criteria

  • 18+ years old Current Australian drivers’ license and daily access to a car
  • Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Comfortable public speaking and ability to facilitate to large groups
  • Passion for working directly with young people and students
  • Confident, energetic and charismatic
  • Youthful and relatable

 Key dates
