Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) is a not-for-profit membership association supporting over 1350 early childhood education and care services to deliver our vision of excellence and equity in early childhood education and care. We advocate, lead, and influence all levels of Government for policy, funding, and regulatory arrangements that deliver quality and sustainable outcomes for our members and the early childhood education and care sector.
As the Best Start, Best Life Reform and Engagement Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting Victorian community-based services to deliver efficient, high-quality kindergarten programs for three and four-year-old children in alignment with the reform's roll-out schedules. You will also be responsible for promoting the benefits of these reforms.
