The primary purpose of the Disability Services Manager is to provide leadership in growing Wayfinder Disability Services (Wayfinder), to meet the needs of the disability community in the East Kimberley.

You will do this by:

• overseeing the daily operational management of all Wayfinder sites.
• building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, their families, and caregivers in a manner that promotes high levels of productivity and quality outcomes for clients.
• leading culturally diverse teams in the safe and timely delivery and growth of Wayfinder disability services.
• effectively representing the organisation, including developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.
• ensuring the organisation exceeds its compliance requirements and practice standards; and
• ensuring the organisation delivers on its vision and mission.

Remuneration and Benefits

An executive level salary which reflects the high-level skills and abilities sought will be negotiated with the successful applicant. In addition, the role will be afforded a range of benefits inclusive of a fully maintained vehicle, PBI salary packaging, and access to EKJP’s health and wellbeing program.
