CTBMCLC is a community legal centre that strives to provide quality legal services. In order to do so, we require a hands on Operations Manager who has excellent work ethic, takes initiative and works collaboratively.

This is a permanent part-time (21 hours a week) position based in Katoomba.

You will be involved in planning, financial management and reporting, human resources (including recruitment), governance and internal policies, data management, grant reporting and information technology. You have a passion for continuous improvement. You are flexible and understand the realities of working in a small organisation, where you need to be a doer. Experience in working in a small organisation would be desirable. You are a team player and are happy to help colleagues and pitch in when required.

This role does not have any direct reports and instead will rely on taking a hands-on approach.

The Operations Manager is also responsible for workplace health and safety. Other duties may be required as directed.

Excellent communication, self-awareness, and attention to detail are essential attributes for this role. The Operations Manager works closely with the Centre Director/Principal Solicitor to ensure smooth running of the centre. A high level of initiative and organisational skill is required for this position.
