The NDIS Direct Services team provides exceptional service in supporting customers to meet their individual goals and needs as identified on care or service delivery plans.
Support for our customers involves helping them to live independently, fully, and with dignity. As part of our team based in Narre Warren, we are looking for casual NDIS Support Workers to assist our customers in their homes, helping them to maintain and develop their independence so that they can lead enriching and fulfilling lives.
If you're a Support Worker, qualified as either a Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and/or combined with relevant experience, and want to have a positive impact on the lives of people in your community, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!
No two days will be the same in this role, where you will provide support services and capacity building that is unique for young children up to older adults across Narre Warren, Noble Park, Hampton Park, Carrum Downs and Clematis areas.
The support you provide may include:
You will be working a regular roster of fixed hours, and support rostered hours for existing staff leave and at times of increased demand for customers in the community.
NDIS Direct Services teams are well supported by the Customer Service Delivery Leads (CSDL's). The Support Worker role is very independent, however, our CSDL's are always available to guide and support you.
