As part of our growing Regional Support Coordination Team, EACH is seeking two Specialist Support Coordinators to work to work on a full-time basis. One of these position will be until August 2023 (Maternity Leave Cover) and the other will be ongoing.
The Specialist Support Coordinators will assist customers with complex needs to build their personal capacity to make decisions and choices about the implementation of all supports in their NDIS plan, including mainstream, informal, community and funded supports. Experience in dual-disability and/or lived experience with a disability or experience caring for someone with a disability will be highly regarded.
We are looking for someone with leadership qualities and experience working in clinical, educational, or community-based disability, mental health, or early childhood intervention services, or related field to join the team.
If you're an Allied Health Professional or Developmental Educator, qualified with a degree, experience working in NDIS and/or complex support teams, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, then read on!
This specialist role will involve:
You will be joining a supportive and fun Regional Support Coordination team, made up of Specialist Support Coordinators, Level 2 Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, who are supported by our Team Leaders.
