Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving excellence in service provision? Join EACH as the Manager of our AOD SURe Consortium and Support Services!

Lead, manage, and oversee operational responsibilities in collaboration with team leaders and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service provision. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager - Alcohol and Other Drugs Support Services, you will play a crucial role in achieving contract deliverables and maintaining high service user standards.

As the Manager of AOD SURE Consortium and Support Services, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) consortium groups SURe (Substance Use Recovery) and Eastern Drug and Alcohol Service (EDAS)
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies and drive best practice AOD Services
  • Collaborate with other lead roles within EACH to enhance the model of care and professional practices, promoting integration between AOD and Mental Health services
  • Drive growth opportunities
  • Provide supervision, leadership mentorship, and coaching to team leaders
  • Manage the operational budget, seeking additional funding for innovation and increased service provision flexibility

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Social Work, Allied Health, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in management and leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing outcome-focused programs
  • In-depth understanding of the AOD sector, relevant legislation, human services standards, and staff management principles
  • Strong theoretical practice in working with individuals experiencing substance use issues, complexity, and case management, based on best practice and current theory
  • Drive, innovation, and creative solutions.
