The merger brings the peak body for Victoria’s specialist family violence services supporting victim survivors together with the state’s only specialist family violence Registered Training Organisation: combining our strength, capacity and resources for greater impact.

  • Develop practice and support workforces
  • Strengthen and connect organisations, sectors and systems
  • Build momentum for social change
  • Build a strong peak organisation

Safe and Equal’s work is informed by the experiences of adult and child victim-survivors impacted by family violence.

Safe and Equal recognises the value and expertise of people from diverse communities and acknowledges the importance of centring the voice of lived experience.
