The Role

Down Syndrome Australia is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will have responsibility for the oversight and co-ordination of the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, contract management, as well as managing the outsourced finance function (payroll, general ledger accounts receivable and payable). Working closely with the CEO and Management Team, you will oversee the governance and risk management for the organisation. You will work closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders, including across senior leadership, the Board, contractors and staff.

The Operations Manager is a part-time position (0.4-0.6 FTE) remote position and will report directly to the CEO as part of the senior management team.
