About the Role

As the Retail Manager of our established op shop in Templestowe Village, you will continue to build a positive workplace culture through values-based leadership and provide an inspiring experience for our team of volunteers, customers and donors.
Your key priorities will be to achieve budget objectives, maximise store profit potential and take ultimate accountability to drive and lead growth. This role is under the General Retail Industry Award at Level 8 with an hourly rate $31.36.

About You

With solid Retail Management experience and a knack for surpassing sales targets, you're known for building a great volunteer team that provides amazing customer service.

Your talent for visual merchandising is unmatched! You know how to perfectly showcase second-hand fashion, furniture, and homewares.
