South West - A salary is payable of $108,048 - $115,993 pa (includes 30% commuted allowance) pro rata + Super - PSCSAA 2024

Greenfields – A salary is payable of $103,892 - $111,532 pa (includes 25% commuted allowance) pro rata + Super - PSCSAA 2024

Fixed term and permanent employment include 17.5% annual leave loading.

Casuals receive an additional 25% loading allowance on top of the base salary $83,114 - $89,226 pa pro rata and penalty rates may apply.

As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for coordinating assessment and residential plans for assigned children and young people, supervising Residential Care Workers in all matters impacting on the therapeutic care of children and young people, providing a high standard of therapeutic care consistent with the program objectives, and completing administrative duties including recording, computer data entry and preparation of reports.
