Administration Assistant

DNH is seeking someone with a warm and friendly personality as the position is a ‘front of house’ welcoming and client service role, whilst, simultaneously being the central point for a range of daily administration activities.

The Administration Officer supports the day-to-day operations of DNH by ensuring the smooth running of the office/reception areas and completing a range of administrative tasks.

This includes: processing room booking requirements, answering enquiries from community members, welcoming visitors, purchasing consumables/office supplies and contributing to the presentation of our spaces in accordance with DNH policies and procedures.

The role is suited to someone with a very open and friendly demeanour, who is able to multi-task in a busy work environment and who can balance administrative efficiency with a strong understanding of the importance of managing day to day relationships within a context of community development work.
