  • Flexible location including full-remote or if you are located in Sydney or Melbourne, it is a hybrid working environment - 1-2 days in the office (successful person requires reliable internet).
  • 12-month Parental Leave Contract.

About the role

As our Diversity & Inclusion Research & Content Manager, you will:

  • work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the website content is kept up to date and reflects our most recent research and offerings.
  • use your and your team members D&I expertise to help support projects and activities in the organisation and advise our members and non-members on the latest DCA research.
  • contribute to leading D&I thinking through research projects and through answering DCA questions from members.  

Selection Criteria

You have a passion for, and an expertise in diversity and inclusion. You bring a strong sense of initiative, collaboration, and a continuous learning mindset.

Essential:

  • You have deep expertise within at least one area of D&I, ideally based on lived experience and familiarity with evidence-based research.
  • You can quickly pick up expertise in other D&I areas if you do not already have it.
  • You have excellent written communication skills including being able to write D&I content that is accessible to and engages a business audience.
  • You have excellent project management skills and are able to work to short timeframes and across multiple projects.
  • You have a growth mindset, are flexible and adaptable to change.

Desirable:

  • Qualitative and/or quantitative research skills.
  • D&I practitioner experience.
