The Opportunity

As the Digital Innovation Lead, you will set the strategic direction for digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration across the organisation. This position is instrumental in informing organisational direction, deciphering member sentiment, and bolstering member retention by designing compelling, engaging digital journeys.

What You’ll Do

  • Digital Strategy and Roadmap Development: Articulate a clear, actionable digital strategy and maintain a prioritised roadmap for digital initiatives that align with our core mission. Regularly review and update the roadmap to respond to evolving member needs.
  • AI Strategy and Integration: Develop and champion a forward-thinking AI strategy, elevating AI as a strategic priority. Establish robust AI frameworks for ethics, safety, and security while identifying high-impact AI use cases.
  • Driving Strategic Digital Initiatives: Spearhead strategic projects involving advanced technologies, ensuring all digital initiatives deliver demonstrable, quantifiable value to the organisation and its members.
  • Enhancing Member Value and Engagement: Achieve a measurably improved member User Experience, reducing friction, driving platform adoption, and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Data Strategy and Analytics Enablement: Establish and oversee the overall data strategy and data lifecycle management. Champion a data-driven culture that consistently utilises analytics to shape organisational strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree, post-graduate qualifications (advantageous)
  • Proven professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the practical delivery of complex digital transformation projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully deploying AI initiatives and monitoring emerging technological trends
  • Exceptional change management skills, with a natural ability to collaborate and communicate
  • A familiarity with and genuine commitment to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
