We are looking for Customer Support Representative, to join our Inbound National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) Help Centre team liaising with people living with or affected by Diabetes. NDSS Representative full-time hours (75 per fortnight), in our national contact centre in Campbellfield, VIC.
Your attention to detail, interpersonal and administration skills are required to be successful. A calm and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this fun and supportive team. You have strong communication skills and have a flair for developing strong relationships.
The NDSS Representative positions are rostered in shifts between 8:30am to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday on a rotating cycle. Work on public holidays will be required from time to time with shift allowances and penalties paid on top of base salary.
A national police check and reference checks will be conducted prior to appointment for successful candidates.
