THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Diabetes Queensland call centre. This work can include, but is not limited to;

• Support the inbound and outbound call centre team to complete rostered and unplanned activities
• Ensure everyone in the team is clear on their priorities and what is expected of them through the performance review process
• Prepare, implement, and maintain consistent policies, procedures, work instructions, telephone scripting or other resources for the Contact Centre environment ensuring all compliance issues are met and consistent service is delivered

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a candidate who can work autonomously and has experience as a Team Leader in a call centre environment. Our ideal candidate is personable, highly organised, and brings proven experience in managing team performance, development, motivation, and supervision.
