DEVILS@CRADLE is an award-winning wildlife conservation sanctuary focussing on endangered carnivorous marsupials, located at the entrance to the spectacular wilderness of Cradle Mountain National Park. The sanctuary is open to visitors year-
round, day and night, and is a premier tourism experience in Tasmania.

We are looking for someone to join our Reception and administration team and are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and motivated candidates with experience with guest services and/or business administration experience.

Employed on a ‘4 on - 3 off’ basis, you will be expected to work a minimum of 32 hours per week and play a key role in our Reception and administration team. This is a 6-month fixed-term role with the potential to become a permanent position.

Self-contained accommodation is provided on-site if required.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Well-developed organisational skills including the capacity to effectively work within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or related business field, including the ability to deliver outstanding service to visitors.
  • Demonstrated experience in a guest or customer facing role in the tourism, hospitality or similar service industry.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, including interpersonal communication and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Office, the Google suite of office products (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) and social media platforms.
  • A current driving licence.
