Are you passionate about creating safe, respectful workplaces? SafeWork NSW is expanding its Respect at Work Taskforce and we're looking for an experienced Facilitator/Educator to deliver impactful workshops on preventing workplace sexual harassment and gender-based violence.

As a Facilitator/Educator, you'll play a critical role in educating businesses on the prevention of workplace sexual harassment and supporting the promotion of a safer, more inclusive work environment. This is your opportunity to make a real difference by providing expert guidance on the broader implications of sexual violence in the workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in gender-based violence and workplace sexual harassment
• Proven ability to facilitate and engage groups in sensitive and complex topics
• A deep understanding of the impact of sexual violence within the workplace
• An understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and how workplace sexual harassment fits within these frameworks
• Commitment to fostering a culture of respect and safety
