Greenfleet is an environmental not-for-profit organisation that has delivered climate action for over 25 years. They are Australia’s first carbon offset provider and protect our climate by restoring native forests.
Greenfleet plants native biodiverse forests in Australia and New Zealand to restore nature and capture carbon emissions, which help fight the impacts of climate change, improve soil and water quality and restore habitat for native wildlife and endangered species.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager, Corporate Operations will lead organisational functions including finance, risk, IT, people and culture, governance and administration.
A key part of the role will be to develop and deliver operational strategies including systems improvements to ensure the ongoing capability of the organisation and its teams. The role will manage a sizeable team and provide ongoing support for organisational growth.
The General Manager, Corporate Operations will also have the opportunity to be a key contributor to the new organisational 2030 strategy, in addition to driving staff enablement.
