Are you looking for a role with purpose in a growing community organisation that focuses on making a difference? Are you seeking an administration role in education working within a supportive and collaborative team? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!
In your vital role as a core member of the Education team, you will take a proactive approach in carrying out a variety of administrative tasks. The main objective of these tasks is to make certain that our registered training organisation provides an overwhelmingly positive and enriching experience for all learners.
Under the guidance and direction of the Team Leader for Student Services, your role will be primarily focused on improving and enhancing the student services that we offer. This will be accomplished through a dual approach. Firstly, by ensuring that we have high resolution rates for issues and inquiries at the first point of contact. This means that students’ issues are resolved promptly, reducing delays and increasing satisfaction. Secondly, by implementing and maintaining effective student engagement strategies. These strategies will seek to involve students more deeply in their educational experience, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among learners.
