Darwin Community Legal Service is looking for an organised, proactive and systems-focused person to join our Seniors and Disability Rights Service as an Advocacy Rights Coordinator.
This is not a traditional administration role.
You will be the operational backbone of our advocacy team, helping ensure people with disability and older Territorians receive high-quality advocacy services across the Northern Territory.
Working alongside advocates, team leaders and national stakeholders, you will coordinate reporting, oversee intake systems, support quality improvement, manage operational processes and help keep our services running smoothly.
If you enjoy improving systems, solving problems, working with data and supporting a passionate team, this could be the role for you.
DCLS has been supporting Territorians for more than 30 years. We provide free legal and advocacy services across the Northern Territory and are the largest NT-based advocacy service.
Our team includes lawyers, advocates, social workers and support staff who work together to improve the lives of people experiencing disadvantage.
As the Advocacy Rights Coordinator, you will:

If you are passionate about improving systems, supporting people and contributing to a fairer community, we would love to hear from you. Click "Apply Now".

Be part of a team that helps Territorians know their rights, have their voices heard and access the support they need.
