You will deliver high quality frontline service in the busy Murrumbidgee, Far West & Western NSW Cultural Connections Team. You will be client focused and invested in providing the best customer service to our clients.
You will also be responsible for a number administrative tasks to support service delivery for Cultural Connections Team.
As part of the Cultural Connections Team, you will attend to Community Services Centre (CSC’s) staff & customer enquires both on email and on the phone. You will assist management & caseworkers with minute taking during meetings, book appointments for visits and other meetings and travel booking requirements for staff. You will also be required to update established tracking sheets, and monitoring oversight of the CCT mailbox. As the CCT provides support across Murrumbidgee, Far West & Western NSW District you will be required to travel.
