We are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant for 38 hours per week (9.00 am to 5 pm weekdays).

Who are we?

Deaf Children Australia is a national charity supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and their families. We have been in existence for over 160 years and are passionate about our impact!

About the role

This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role is responsible for handling public enquiries, providing administration support and includes the following tasks:

  • Handling mail
  • Answering calls/enquiries
  • Greeting visitors
  • Booking Auslan interpreters and submitting EAF applications
  • Providing ad hoc administration support and much more!

Auslan skills are highly desirable but not essential in this role!
