The Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer will be accountable for Carelink+ system administrative tasks, including production and non-production environments, functionality, security, data governance, and system integrations.
Responsible for providing solutions to service improvements, projects and initiatives that improve customer and employee experiences, the role will be instrumental in preparing the Supported and Connected Living Department’s business systems for the Commonwealth’s Aged Care Reforms through a program of digital transformation and innovation. The incumbent will support the department to achieve operational efficiencies, meet the changing needs of our clients and gain business insights through operating with the right technology to deliver good quality services.
The role will provide leadership to the Carelink Service Desk Officer who carries out the day-to-day Carelink+ system support requirements to all levels of staff and completes external reporting requirements.
