An exciting opportunity exists within our rapidly expanding business for a Trainee Administration Assistant. The successful applicant will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.

The Role:

This position forms a vital role in the efficient and accurate completion of a range of administrative tasks within the Wagga Wagga Branch.

Key roles include:

  • Regular assistance with reception duties
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls
  • Counter inquiries and referral to appropriate staff member
  • Complete all ad hoc administrative tasks.

Key skills, experience and attributes:

  • Good understanding of the concept of excellent customer service
  • Sound computer skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic attitude and highly motivated
  • Quick & willing learner.
