What we are looking for

We are excited to share that we are looking for a Parents Support Consultant to join our Ringwood team.

Working as a ParentsNext Parents Support Consultant you will assist parents in planning for future employment, help to identify education and employment goals and develop a pathway to achieve these goals.

We'd love someone with established links within community services, who has an awareness of the local labour market and who isn't afraid to develop new relationships with local employers.

The key components of the position is the ability to coach and bring together individuals and encourage group dynamics that will draw upon the participant's strengths, experiences and knowledge is critical for this role.

Additionally, the successful applicants will possess:

• The ability to work and achieve performance targets
• Previous experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Previous experience working within a person-centred and strength based framework
• Previous ESS knowledge would be highly regarded

The successful applicant will work across our Ringwood site and will be employed on a Full0Time, ongoing contract.
