We are seeking a proactive Branch Manager to join our Swan Hill/Kerang team. 

What you will do:

  • Providing leadership, mentoring, training and support to staff to ensure effective local service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve monthly performance KPIs.
  • Contribute by example to job seeker case management and employer marketing requirements.
  • Establish strong local employer networks sourcing vacancies by cold calling, reverse marketing, relationship building and business understanding.
  • Liaise with the Management Team to monitor performance and identify areas for service improvement.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of a team.
  • The ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and to advocate directly to employers.
  • Ability to provide coaching, as well as deliver training to staff.
  • Knowledge of labour market trends and employment skills shortages.
  • Excellent communication and staff management skills.
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused services.
  • The ability to work towards regular KPIs, financial targets and budgets;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff.

The successful applicant will be employed on a full-time, maximum-term contract until 30 June 2023.
