Get ready to lead and shape the future of ethical leadership! We're looking for an outstanding academic leader to join our team and drive our programs towards developing ethical leaders who can make a positive impact on Western Australia and the global community.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Faculty Senior Leadership team and other stakeholders to guide our strategic direction and ensure that our graduates are equipped with the critical thinking and ethical decision-making skills that employers demand.
We're looking for someone who can inspire and build staff capability in applied business ethics, and lead innovative curriculum development for the benefit of students who will live and work in an increasingly complex world. You will also be a thought leader who engages with the community, acting as a trusted, authoritative voice on contemporary ethical issues.
We are looking for a leader who is self-aware, humble, and empathetic, and who can work across all levels of the University in order to provide the finest possible educational experience for our students.
With a balance of formal qualifications and practical experience, you will convene an Applied Ethics Advisory Panel in order to establish the Curtin Centre for Applied Ethics, paving the way for mainstreaming applied ethics in our Business School courses, influencing the curriculum of other faculties, and deepening our learning partnerships with industry stakeholders.
As a leader, you will set the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct, modelling the University's Values and Signature Behaviours. If you're ready to make a difference and drive change in the world of ethical leadership, we encourage you to apply today.
Come and be a part of our mission to develop the ethical leaders of tomorrow!
