Working with Community Services Directorate (CSD) offers you the opportunity to directly contribute to supporting the Canberra Community. CSD's Inclusion Division is seeking applications from high performing candidates to fill the position of Artistic Director, National Multicultural Festival.

The role of Artistic Director, National Multicultural Festival is dynamic and fast paced which includes strategic planning, creative programming, site, and conceptual design for each festival including managing communications, engagement, grants, sponsorship, and volunteers. This position works in close collaboration with the Senior Director, Governance and Operations, to effectively deliver the festival by coordinating project, budget, and team management across the two functional areas, and respond to issues and opportunities with a cohesive approach to deliver a community led event. The position requires a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality, exceptional teamwork, and a flexible approach in responding to tight deadlines.
