Crossway LifeCare is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to be responsible for maintaining LifeCare's office management, operational systems and leadership of admin and reception staff

Crossway LifeCare is a well-established NFP community service organisation located at Crossway Baptist Church’s original Burwood East campus in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Our range of four integrated services provide wrap-around support: Counselling, Family Violence Programs, COACH Mentoring and Community Connections.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced operations team leader to support our healthcare administration and reception service. This role includes leading a team of 5 administrators within a broader staff that lead four core community services with a key priority being administrating our counselling service. Crossway LifeCare work closely alongside Crossway Baptist Church. This role will support integration of LifeCare with Crossway's central governance and operational services.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Effective Administrative Team Leadership and Office Support for all LifeCare Staff
• Ensure LifeCare systems are organised, kept up to date and being continually improved.
• Effective and efficient management of office and daily operations.
• Active engagement as a Crossway staff member

Qualifications, Skills and Experience needed:

• Qualifications in business, administration, management or other relevant discipline.
• Experience in office management, customer service management, project management, a and/or other leadership roles.
• Experience in leading a team and preferably, including working with volunteers.
• Experience in supporting people experiencing profound life challenges desirable but not essential.
