The COACH Mentoring Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the COACH Network Refugee Employment Project, based in South-Eastern Melbourne. This project aims to support refugee participants in finding ongoing and meaningful employment.
This role is part-time for three days per week to 30 June 2026.
Location: South Eastern Melbourne.
Crossway LifeCare is seeking a COACH Mentoring Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating, running and sustaining the Refugee COACH mentoring program. Refugees in this program will participate in a job readiness program and/or mentoring program. The Coordinator is responsible for participant intake, mentor recruitment, training and screening, mentor-participant matching, overseeing and supporting those relationships as well as documenting the outcomes of the program.
A key component of this role is to collaborate with and create partnerships with other local churches from which to recruit mentors to the COACH program.
