All our Area Managers also share a 7 week rotating roster to be on call after hours.
You will always have support. Crosslinks has two other Area Managers in Community Inclusion who are fun, approachable, and have worked at Crosslinks a long time so can help with anything you need to know. You will report to the General Manager Operations who also has extensive, direct experience supporting participants.
