Talent Acquisition Consultant - Fixed Term Position

We have an exciting Fixed Term Parental Leave opportunity for a proactive, passionate person to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role includes sourcing, recruiting and building talent pools to find 'right-fit' talent to meet CPA's current and future resourcing requirements and would suit an experienced and self-motivated recruiter.

Responsibilities:

This is a high volume and busy role within a dedicated and hardworking team, with an experienced, supportive Team Leader. Starting in May, this role is the first point of contact for anyone considering employment with CPA and a career as a Disability Support Practitioner, and supports candidates through their recruitment journey to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. We are inspired by our clients and are committed to exploring innovative recruitment methods, and attracting diverse and motivated talent.

Duties includes:

  • Assisting with proactive sourcing of candidates on various media
  • Working strategically with the DSP Team to identify and implement talent attraction strategies
  • Understanding key requirements for each role and effectively communicating these with candidates
  • Advertising vacancies on Seek, LinkedIn, Broadbean etc
  • Assisting with probity checking for shortlisted candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
  • Maintaining accurate data on our ATS (Workday)

About you:

  • Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
  • Knowledge or experience of the community sector preferred
  • An excellent communicator with strong customer service and administration skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly across all levels
  • Hard working and adaptable to changing environments
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Committed to bulk recruitment and undertaking intensive workloads involving high volume phone screening, administration and application management
  • Demonstrated experience in an office environment
