Join us to make a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities. Working for Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) you will have a positive impact on our clients and contribute to exceptional client outcomes.
In this role you be responsible for leading a small team of Disability Support Workers to assist a group of up to 60 employees with a disability to engage in packing, labelling or re-working products within deadlines negotiated with our commercial clients.
You will work closely with the Site Manager in maintaining up to date information on production schedules and will later be involved in assisting with quoting on jobs for commercial clients. A good understanding of WHS is a must as is computer literacy.
We will strongly consider people who have not worked in the disability sector before but have the desire to make a positive impact by supporting people with a disability to actively participate in work.
This role is located in Wetherill Park.
