Our driven and welcoming Training team provide face to face and online learning to help ensure our people have the skills and knowledge for their jobs and development goals. We also offer our online learning courses to the disability sector, and the wider community.
The Training team run Cerebral Palsy Alliance's Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which provides the opportunity for people to complete Nationally Recognised Qualifications while they work.

The Instructional Designer works within the CPA Training Alliance Team to provide high quality learning opportunities for Cerebral Palsy Alliance staff, other disability organisations and the wider community. The Course Developer reviews, updates, designs, develops and implements contemporary, engaging, best practice courses, with an emphasis on digital solutions.
