Who We Are

CPA provides family-centred therapies, life skills programs, equipment and support for more than 6,000 babies, children and adults and their families living with cerebral palsy and other neurological and physical disabilities. CPA's Research Foundation funds cerebral palsy researches across the world. Fundraising and community support is critical to helping us achieve our mission.

About The Role

CPA's recently established Digital Department has developed an ambitious 3-years Digital Fundraising Strategy with a primary focus in over-arching donor loyalty and delight. The Digital Content Experience Producer will drive remarkable digital experiences to CPA's donors. Our donors are hundreds of thousands of true visionaries, who support thousands of children and adults living with disabilities each year, and fund the greatest minds in cerebral palsy research around the world. Thanks to the incredible generousity of people like CPA donors, toddlers living with cerebral palsy were able to speak for the first time, children living with disabilities could walk unassisted through their school gates for the first time, the incidence of cerebral palsy declined by 20% in the past 10 years - and SO much more.

As the Digital Content Experience Producer, you will have the opportunity to create a meaningful impact to donors in Australian and around the world. This is a unique role with exceptional opportunities for local and global impact.

This role is permanent full-time and is located at our first-class therapy building in Allambie Heights, 10 min away from Manly beach.

Your Scope:

  • Workshop ideas for the development of lasting and remarkable donor’s journeys.
  • Plan and create digital content, aligned with higher-level objectives, across our entire Fundraising portfolio to more than 700,000 donors.
  • Building lasting & meaningful experiences through email, SMS, social – organic and paid, website, content marketing, optimisation, texting apps and more.
  • Create remarkable content with copy, video, photos and more.
  • 'Colab' with & learn from top-fundraising-talent across our department in areas such as Regular Giving, Appeals, Gifts in Wills, P2P, Gala Events, Community Fundraising, Major Donors and Planned Giving.
  • Access data and analytics that will allow you to make the best possible informed decisions for your creative development.
  • Learn and think-tank ways to use technology to drive personalised and more efficient experiences to donors.
  • Innovation is a vital pillar of your scope. You will be given the opportunity to test your ideas and drive change.

You will work alongside experienced FIA-awarded Digital talent who is committed to giving you the opportunity to grow and further develop your career and skills.
