About the role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Community Fundraising and Digital Communications Manager to lead the development and optimisation of digital communications and supporter journeys for CPA's live fundraising events, while also managing and growing our community fundraising program.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract role, offering a unique opportunity to shape the digital experience of thousands of supporters and fundraisers. You'll work across a variety of campaigns and events that make a real impact, alongside a passionate and supportive team.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies to support CPA's live fundraising events.
  • Manage and grow CPA's community fundraising program, identifying new opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital experiences.
  • Lead the creation of content and creative assets across digital platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies to improve ROI and supporter engagement.
  • Manage campaign budgets and reporting, ensuring alignment with CPA's strategic goals.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in fundraising, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital communications, campaign management and community fundraising.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise digital performance.
  • Experience using platforms such as Campaign Monitor and Funraisin.
  • Creative, innovative and passionate about making a difference.
