Cerebral Palsy Alliance

Join an award-winning Fundraising team that dreams big and achieves amazing things. At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) our values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous - and innovation is at our core.

Our team has delivered 70.3% growth in online donation revenue from first gifts and 78.9% growth in acquisition and leads over the past 3 financial years. We're launching a large multi-million-dollar campaign to raise funds for today and tomorrow across transformational research, disability tech, national policy change, helping every baby at risk of cerebral palsy and more. To take this further, CPA Fundraising is undertaking the largest tech and data review in our history, empowering our people to build remarkable data-led journeys that acquire and retain the right supporters and capitalise on the rapid always evolving tech and AI.

We invest meaningfully in training and professional development, and we encourage every team member to bring an always learning, always teaching mindset, sharing knowledge generously and growing together.

About the role

As Campaigns & Paid Digital Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of CPA Fundraising's paid digital and campaigns ecosystem across large regular giving, P2P, appeals, Gifts in Wills, live events, corporate fundraising, virtual events and more. This is a role for someone who wants to push the boundaries of what digital fundraising campaigns can do, running best-in-class work that sets the pace for the sector, not just keeps up with it.

You'll line-manage a team and work closely with all members of the Digital Fundraising team, as well as our Data and Customer Service teams, bringing cohesiveness, alignment, and shared experiences and learnings across each Fundraising area, replacing fragmented supporter journeys with personalised, data-led ones that build lifetime value.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Lead best-in-class paid digital strategy and execution across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and emerging channels, driving acquisition, conversion, revenue growth and retention.
  • Bring innovation and creative ambition to integrated campaign planning with Fundraising program leads, delivering cohesive supporter journeys and sharing learnings across the portfolio.
  • Manage the paid digital budget, optimising spend against ROI, LTV and shared KPIs.
  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn practice, turning bold pilots into scalable playbooks that lift performance across the sector.
  • Embed AI, automation and personalisation into journeys, pioneering ethical, supporter-centric use of emerging tech.
  • Remarkable stakeholder management skills. You bring people together, simplify decisions and share learnings fast.

About you:

You're a passionate and ambitious digital fundraising manager ready to do your best work for a cause that matters. You bring creative ambition and a relentless curiosity you don't just optimise, you reimagine. You'll likely bring:

  • Proven experience leading paid digital and integrated Fundraising campaigns at scale, including significant Meta and Google budgets in direct-response or fundraising contexts.
  • A strong track record on supporter journeys that convert in acquisition and retention, with the analytical chops to know what's working and why.
  • A portfolio of breakthrough campaigns or pilots you've championed, not just delivered to spec.
  • Confident stakeholder management across teammates, senior leaders, program owners, data specialists and agencies.
  • Fluency with the modern martech and analytics stack (CRM, marketing automation, GA4, ad platforms), with hands-on experience using AI in your work and a real appetite to push that further in a fundraising context.
  • An always learning, always teaching mindset, eager to grow your craft and lift others as you do.
  • Genuine commitment to supporter-centric, accessible, ethical practice.

Working for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits:

  • Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per year
  • Flexible ways of working - working from home options, flexibility surrounding hours
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave
  • 3 additional leave days each year (conditions apply)
  • $100 per year well-being allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (eg: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class, the choice is yours)
  • Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be generously rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.
