The Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) is a front-end diversion program which offers a coordinated approach to the assessment and treatment of accused at the pre-trial or bail stage.  It provides case management support and links participants to support services such as drug and alcohol treatment, crisis accommodation, disability services and mental health services. CISP aims to improve treatment, court, sentence and re-offending outcomes for program participants by providing regular case management support and links to health and social care services.

About the role

The Advanced Case Manager provides assessment and advanced case management support to people on bail or deferral of sentencing with a range of complex needs who are participating in the CISP program, with a focus on supporting high risk clients. The role also provides practice leadership and mentoring to other frontline staff.

As the Advanced Case Manager you will be responsible for contributing to quality assurance, service excellence and monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure the successful delivery of a CISP pilot for the County Court.

About you

We are seeking someone with extensive demonstrated experience in the assessment and case management of clients with complex needs. You must also possess demonstrated knowledge of at least one of the following service sectors – family violence, disability, mental health or AOD.
